Mark Robert Jaffre

Mark Robert Jaffre, 66, of Linton, IN. passed away Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born in Louisville, KY, March 7, 1959 the son of Robert Jaffre and Gloria Love Jaffre. Mark graduated from Western Kentucky University, was in the Army Reserve, and retired as a Correctional Officer from the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include two sisters, Pamela Jackson of Columbia, TN and Suzanne Schott of Roswell, GA, 2 nephews, Patrick Ellrich, and Jonathan Jackson (Mary Ann), and 1 niece, Amanda Ellrich. There will be no services, cremation has been chosen. Newkirk’s Funeral Home was honored to service the family.
